Oh my gosh! I never knew that's how you did it! Thanks for posting this - I mean that seriously. When we were carving our pumpkins, I was thinking to myself, I honestly don't even know how to USE a pumpkin. I buy canned pumpkin for cookies and pies, but I have never actually used a real pumpkin. I didn't know all you have to do is cook it and mash. That looks so yummy! Did it turn out good?
