At the end of this month Nathan will be 33. Being the sweet and wonderful wife that I am, I am already giving him presents. Here he his with the latest....(if you can't tell they are spring form pans to make cheesecake.)

Nathan is trying out different flavors. Let me tell you folks it is some good stuff! Best present ever! Don't be surprised if the cheesecake fairy shows up on your doorstep.=)

I got spring form pans for our wedding and I wasn't much into baking at the time. I tried and tried and tried to return those at every store we went to and we never did find where they could be returned to, so we kept them. I used them for the first time a couple of years ago and they were WONDERFUL! I made cheesecake - a homemade New York Style cheesecake decorated with caramel and dark chocolate. MMMMM! What was I thinking to try to get rid of those things?? THAT is a GREAT gift!
