I love this.....

As always my goal is to lose weight. I have had this goal for about 10 years now.This time however it is working! I truly want to lose weight. These are my little gimmicks to help me...
1st and the most important:Denise Austin. I have done her workouts since college. Some people think she is annoying but I love her positive attitude, and she keeps telling me she is proud of me. I need that to keep up the torture. Oops I mean aerobics.=)

2-Not one, but 2 sets of weights. (really I am going to have 3 sets because I need some a little heavier.)

My fav-o-rite water bottle. My kids keep trying to steal it. Maybe I should get another one just in case.

Go Dena! You CAN keep it up! I want you to take a "before" picture so you have something to compare all your progress to. I LOVE to work out, so I want you to love it too! Good luck. :) I'm excited to see how you do!!
